擁抱機會前，你要練習的5件事

1. 讓自己習慣不舒服的感覺

時常把自己丟在全新的情境，習慣不熟悉的感覺，逼自己走出個人的舒適圈（comfort zone），逐漸消除面對陌生情境時的恐懼。

像是快速學習某個新能力，例如語言或新電腦軟體等，在時間壓力下，你必須快速克服對於新知的不熟悉感。

或是，學習用最少的資源完成事情，測試自己的應變力。也許老闆核准你一筆預算去完成某個專案，你可以自己設定，如果只使用其中90％，是否也可以順利完成專案。

2. 偶爾要測試自己的極限

人的能力和性格都有一定的極限，但也因此限制了你承受風險、接受新機會的可能性。

好比運動選手，每每挑戰自己的體力極限，持續刷新世界紀錄。職場也是一樣，很多時候你也不知道自己原來有這麼大的潛力。

如果下次主管交代你不可能的任務，倒不如抱著姑且一試的心態，若果真做到了，那麼可以期待未來將有更多更重要的機會落到你手上。即使最後你沒做到，也沒什麼損失，因為這工作有一定的難度，失敗的結果早就在預料之中。

3. 吸收新知消除不確定感

即使你面對的是前所未見的情況，但是當你了解愈多，恐懼也就愈低。

今年初新上任、同時也是荷商天遞（TNT）第一位女性總經理的李澂涓就是其中的受惠者。2002年網路泡沫化，產業環境產生劇烈變動，李澂涓靠大量閱讀，消除內心恐懼。「只要誠品有新書就跑去買，然後每天回家讀3本書，」李澂涓說。

4. 克服害怕失敗的恐懼

在所有恐懼情緒中，排名第1的正是害怕失敗。想要克服這層恐懼，首先你得問自己：怎樣才算失敗？什麼情況又可以算成功？

事實上，成功與失敗的定義應該是相對的，而非絕對。

或許你在新工作上沒有達到預期想要的，例如資源或是發揮空間受到限制，但你因此學到新的專業知識，這算成功或失敗？保持彈性，才能接受不同的可能性。

5. 甩開不必要的包袱

每個人都有自我堅持，有人就是不願意和某種類型的人往來，有人非得要依循特定的工作方式。

但當你的規矩愈多，也就愈限制接受新機會、大膽冒險的可能。就好比背負幾十公斤重的行李爬山，你可能在半途就不支倒地。

如果你仔細分析，會發現其實有許多是很無謂的堅持，何不甩開這些不必要的包袱，讓自己可以更輕盈地邁開腳步，成功攻頂

Finally, I finish my last semester final exam and I have one month holiday before I start my internship.

Kinda worry about my internship but it's holiday 

So I gonna ignored the bad feelings and enjoy my very last holiday

I have many time to clean my home, outing with my sister,eating,and try out all beauty products.

I decided to give a try on this Nature & Co Vital Purity Lift Mask.

And Nature & Co products are using natural ingredients. Which make it different from Kose products. 

Description:

How to use:

Apply once or twice a week after washing your face. Spread an amount about the size of four cherries evenly over your face so that the skin is covered and rinse off after approximately 5 minutes. Apply skin lotion/toner to complete the skin treatment.

The texture of the mask is thick, creamy and it is in white colour. It is a clay mask.  And it have smell between lavender and camomile. I kinda like this smell because I love flower tea especially camomile tea. This package can be use 3 times for a person but I share it with my sister . Sharing is caring :D I tried out twice before I write out this review.

The real smell on face is strong alcohol smell. It hurts my eyes and nose so if you really using this keep away your eyes and nose. And I don't recommend this to sensitives skin. I think it contain alcohol which will hurt sensitive skin. However, the mask is quite effective. I can see my pores tight after I wash my face with clear water. And my skin looks fairer after using this. It really remove my dullness. And my skin is clean and smooth.

Will I buy this in future?
50/50 I will buy this because the effects is good but in same time I really don't like beauty product with strong alcohol smell. It hurts my eyes and nose. But if you have normal skin like me and you looking for a mask with a good brightening effects, you must try this.

Maybe it will be a good choice for you. Somemore you dont have to use sunblock because it is SPF30.
But I prefer #1 Light Beige because #2 Natural Beige is darker and I want a fairer skin.

一边啃着一边点菜

好多种类的汤底怎么选择呢

最后选择了麻辣火锅跟白果莲子排骨锅的鸳鸯锅

今天我是火锅杀手

yeahyeah好期待快点滚吧滚吧

寿星点了香辣蟹

好害怕螃蟹很麻烦吃

最后寿星把2个螃蟹手让给我吃比较方便吃

也点了很多blogger推荐的手工面~potato noodle

好嚼劲的面不错吃呐

点了猪肉片猪肉丸蔬菜水饺鱿鱼炸芋头炸鱼手工面

还有一盘炸cheese(这个我记得我没有点但是无所谓了吃了一个还不错吃只是肚子有点撑)

白果莲子排骨锅好棒拼命喝的说

但是火锅料都丢进麻辣锅拉猪肉片还是辣辣烫过才好吃拉

结果寿星因为麻辣锅胃痛到需要去看医生打针吃不下去

所以我一个人默默吃超饱的拉
